Motorola Moto Z2 Play

The Moto Z2 Play is the latest mid-range smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s latest Android OS. It is the the successor to last year’s Moto Z Play. In size, it measures 156.2 x 76.2 x 5.99mm and weighs 145g.





The Moto Z2 Play features a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an octa core Snapdragon 626 processor and 4GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto Z2 Play packs a 12MP f/1.,7 Dual Autofocus Pixel camera with PDAF and a 5MP front facing wide angle camera with LED flash. For connectivity, it supports bluetooth 4.2 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.

The Moto Z2 Play is compatible with all Moto Mods, including the new JBL Soundboost 2, Moto Turbo Power pack, Moto Style Shells with Wireless charging and the Moto Gamepad. The new Moto z2 Play comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 7.1.1 OS. For storage, it comes with a 32/64 GB internal storage and support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a 3000mAh battery with fast TurboPower fast charging technology.

The new Moto Z2 Play will go on sale in selected markets later this year for $499. The new Moto Mods will go on sale in the coming weeks and the prices start from $39.99 for Moto Style Shells with Wireless Charging.
